Ingredients for Garlic-Ginger Soup
Ginger - 2-inch piece
Garlic – 8-10
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Carrot - 1/2 piece
Green coriander - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
salt - as per taste
How to make Garlic-Ginger Soup
To make Garlic-Ginger i.e. Ginger-Garlic Soup, first cut ginger into fine pieces. After this, wash the carrot in water and then cut it into small pieces as well. Now take garlic buds and remove their peels. After this, crush the garlic a little. Now put butter in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After melting the butter, add ginger and garlic to it and fry for a minute.
When the color of the garlic turns light brown, add chopped carrots to it and sauté it for about 2 minutes. Now pour water as per the requirement in the pan and boil the water for 5 minutes. When the water starts boiling well, mix salt according to taste in it. Now take cornflour in a utensil and prepare a batter by adding some water to it. Now put this solution in a pan and mix it well with ginger-garlic water.
Now let this mixture cook well for 10 minutes. During this time the soup will become thick. After this add black pepper powder to the soup and turn off the gas. After this add lemon juice to the soup and garnish the soup by adding green coriander leaves. Now serve hot soup.
