Ingredients to make Fruit Salad
Apple - 1
Cucumber - 1
Papaya chopped - 1 cup
Pomegranate seeds - 1 cup
Sprouted Sprouts – 1 cup
Grapes - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - as per taste
Green coriander finely chopped - 1 tsp
salt - as per taste
Fruit Salad Recipe
To make fruit salad, first take papaya, apple, and cucumber and cut them into square pieces. Now take a mixing bowl and add chopped fruits to it and mix well. Now pour water into a vessel and keep it on medium flame to heat. When the water becomes hot, add sprouts to it and boil it. When the sprouts become soft, turn off the gas. After this, take out the water from the sprouts with the help of a strainer and keep them aside for some time to cool down.
Sprouts will cool down completely in about 5 minutes. After that mix the sprouts with the fruits. Now mix black pepper powder, one teaspoon of lemon juice, and salt as per taste in the bowl. After this take out the sprouts in the serving plate. If desired, you can also sprinkle chaat masala on top to give it a spicy taste. Seasonal fruits are used to make fruit chaat.
