Fruit Custard Recipe : A Yummy Nutritious Desert You Can't Resist
-Grapes - 200 grams
-Pomegranate - 1
-Mango - 1
-Apple - 1
-Cream - 1 cup (200 grams)
-Sugar - 3/4 cup (150 grams)
-Blue custard - a little more than 1/4 cup
-Milk - 1 liter ( Full Cream)
1. Put the milk in a vessel to boil, save 3/4 cup of cold milk. Add custard powder to the remaining cold milk and mix well until the lumps of custard disappear. After boiling the milk for 4-5 minutes, add the custard solution, and while stirring the milk with a spoon, add the entire custard solution and mix it well. Put sugar also. Stir continuously, and cook for 7-8 minutes till it becomes thick.
2. Prepare fruits by peeling mango and apple and cutting them into small pieces, peel a pomegranate and take out the seeds. Break the grapes from the stem and separate them.
3. After the cooked custard cools down, add prepared chopped fruits and cream and mix it. Keep the prepared fruit custard in the fridge for 2-3 hours. The taste of fruit custard becomes very good after cooling
4. Serve and eat cold and delicious custard after lunch or dinner.
