Custard is like a dessert which works to calm your sweet cravings.


It contains fruits as well as dry fruits which looks like a creamy dessert. All you need is a handful of fruits, milk, sugar, vanilla essence, cashews, almonds and mint to make this recipe. Fruits like strawberries, kiwi and apricots can also be added to it. However, you can also add other fruits of your choice like apples, bananas, grapes and mango. Instead of white sugar, you can also use jaggery, brown sugar and stevia. Be it kids or adults everyone will like this recipe very much. You can also serve this fruit custard at parties and birthdays.

Take strawberries, apricots, and kiwis and cut them into small cubes. To prepare the custard solution, mix custard powder and sugar in some milk.

Boil the remaining milk in a vessel for 10 minutes. Pour the custard solution into the boiled milk and whisk it well.


Add chopped fruits, almonds, cashews, mint leaves and vanilla essence to the custard. Let the custard cool down and then keep it in the fridge till it cools down. Custard is now ready to serve. (PC. Social media)
