Eat this tasty recipe for breakfast to overcome calcium deficiency

Maintain calcium levels with makhana curd
Calcium is a very important mineral for our body, which is not only necessary for bones and teeth but is also helpful in nervous system, muscle contraction as well as making blood clots. Many of us face calcium deficiency, for this many people take medicine. Ingredients
One cup roasted makhana
Half cup curd
Half cup pomegranate seeds
Green coriander chopped
A pinch of cumin powder
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of red chili powder
Rock salt
Chat masala
Method
To make makhana dahi, first roast the makhana
Add half a teaspoon of ghee in the pan and roast the makhana well.
Now take out the curd in a bowl and whisk it well.
Now add half a cup of pomegranate seeds, green coriander, cumin powder, chaat masala, rock salt and mix well.
Finally add roasted makhana and mix well once again.
Your dahi makhana is ready, you can eat it for breakfast.

Benefits of dahi makhana
Talking about makhana, it contains high amount of calcium. Apart from this, it also contains phosphorus. It is a very important mineral for the maintenance of bones. Calcium improves bone and cartilage health. Talking about curd, curd also contains calcium, apart from this it contains high amount of protein which is necessary for building and repairing muscles.
