There are many spicy dishes available in the market, whose name starts watering as soon as you hear or see it. One such dish is Dry Chilli Paneer. Taste lovers enjoy it a lot. They are so crazy about this spiciness that they go to restaurants again and again for it. If you can get the same taste at home then there is no need to go out. Today we will tell you an easy method to prepare dry chilli paneer at home. After this, you can eat it at home whenever you want. You can also offer it to guests.
Ingredients
Paneer - 300 grams
Green capsicum chopped - 1
Red capsicum chopped - 1
Corn flour – 3 to 4 tbsp
Tomato Sauce – 1/4 cup
Olive oil - 1/4 cup
Vinegar – 1-2 tsp
Soy sauce – 1-2 tsp
Chili sauce – 1-2 tsp
Green chillies chopped into small pieces – 2-3
Ginger – 1 inch piece (grated)
Salt – half teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Chili Flakes – 1/4 tsp
Ajino Moto - 1-2 pinches
Mint leaves – 10-12
Recipe
First of all, cut the cheese into big square pieces.
Now put all the pieces in a bowl. Add corn flour on top and mix well.
Now put a nonstick pan on the gas. Add 2 tbsp oil in it and heat it.
- When hot, add the paneer pieces and cook by turning them repeatedly.
When the cheese pieces become light brown, take them out on a plate. During this time keep the flame low.
Fry the vegetables with sauce in the pan.
- Pour the remaining oil from the pan into the pan and heat it.
When hot, add ginger, green chili, green capsicum, and red capsicum and fry on high flame while stirring continuously.
- After 1 minute, add cheese, tomato sauce, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, chili flakes, black pepper, Ajinomoto, and salt as per taste and mix.
Now cook it on low flame for 1-2 minutes. The dry chili paneer is ready. Serve it with mint leaves on top.
