Everyone eagerly waits for the festival of Diwali. During this, they congratulate each other and sweeten their mouths with sweets. In such a situation, instead of bringing sweets from outside, you can easily make them at home. Today let us tell you the recipe for making Kalakand from Paneer and Khoya on the special occasion of Diwali.
Material
Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp
Dry fruits – as required (finely chopped)
Ghee- as required
Paneer – 250 grams
Khoya – 250 grams
Cream – 1/2 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1,1/2 cups
Method
Mix khoya and cheese in a bowl.
Now add milk and cream to it.
Heat ghee in a pan and cook the mixture on medium flame.
When all the ingredients are ready, add sugar.
When the mixture dries, add cardamom powder to it.
Now remove it from the flame and spread it on a plate.
When the mixture cools down, cut it into square pieces.
Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
