Paneer Pasanda in vegetable form also attracts food lovers. Its taste is amazing and both children and adults eat it with gusto. If there is any party function at home then this can also be taken into consideration. It is not very difficult to make it. Paneer – 250 grams
Corn flour/arrowroot/maida – 2 tbsp
Cashews – 8-10
Almonds – 8-10
Pistachio shavings – 1 tsp
Raisins – 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Tomato – 4-5
Cream – 1 cup
Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Green chilli – 2-3
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Oil – as per requirement
Salt – as per taste

- First of all, cut the cheese into square pieces half an inch thick and one and a half inches wide.
After this, cut these pieces into triangles by cutting them diagonally from the middle. Cut all the cheese into similar pieces.
Now cut cashews and almonds into fine pieces. After this, chop tomatoes, green chilies, and green coriander.
- For stuffing, take some cheese and crumble it into small pieces.
- After this, mix finely chopped cashews and almonds in it. Add raisins and green coriander to it. Add salt at the end.
Now take cornflour/arrowroot in a bowl and add a little water to it and prepare a thick smooth solution.
After this, add a pinch of salt in it and mix it well with the help of a spoon so that the salt gets mixed properly.
- Now take triangular pieces of cheese. Take one piece and cut it from the middle in such a way that it remains connected at the bottom.
- After this, open the cut piece of cheese and fill the prepared stuffing in it with the help of a spoon.
After this, press the cheese and prepare the sandwich. Similarly, cut all the triangular pieces of paneer and make the stuffing.
- Add oil to a pan and deep fry them on medium flame till they turn golden. After frying, take them out on a plate and keep them aside.
Now add chopped tomato and green chili and grind them finely in the mixer. Put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
When the oil becomes hot, add cumin and asafoetida and fry. After this add ginger paste and fry.

- After some time, add tomato paste to it, mix and let it cook. After this, add all the dry spices one by one except garam masala and fry.
- When the masala is roasted well and the oil starts separating from it, then add cream to the masala and fry while stirring.
When the masala starts boiling, add 1 cup of water to it and cook. When the gravy starts boiling, add the previously prepared paneer sandwiches to it.
- Mix them well with the gravy with a ladle. Now add garam masala and salt and cook.
- Lastly, add green coriander and cook for some time and then turn off the gas. Prepared Paneer Pasanda vegetable.
