Gram flour - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Onion - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Green chili - 2 (finely chopped)
water - as per taste
salt to taste
Coriander - 1 cup (finely chopped)
Cumin - 1 tbsp

1. First put gram flour in a vessel.
2. Then add wheat flour to it.
3. Put salt, cumin, green coriander, onion, and asafoetida in the mixture of both things.
4. Prepare the dough by adding water to it.
5. Keep the dough in the fridge for some time.

6. After the fixed time, make balls of dough and roll them around.
7. Now grease the pan and bake the bread.
8. Apply ghee while frying the roti from both the sides. Your bread is ready.
9. Serve hot with dal or vegetables.
