Curd - 2 cups
Gram flour - 5 tbsp
Cumin - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 cup
Cloves - 2-3
Bay leaves - 1-2
Whole red chili - 1 tsp
Green chili - 2
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 piece
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Desi ghee - 1 tbsp
Green coriander - 1/2 cup

Method
1. First of all put garlic, green chilies, ginger, and green coriander in the mixer.
2. After this grind all these things in a mixie.
3. Put curd in a utensil and put gram flour in it.

4. Make a paste by mixing both ingredients.
5. Add garlic, ginger, green chili, and green coriander paste to this paste.
6. Put the gram flour mixture in a pan and let it boil.
7. After this add fenugreek seeds and boil for 10 minutes.
8. Keep stirring the mixture from time to time. Now heat ghee in a pan.
9. Add long, bay leaves, asafoetida, cumin seeds, whole red chilies, curry leaves, and garlic and fry in this ghee.
10. Now add salt and sugar. Add both ingredients to the mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes.
11. Your garlic kadhi is ready. Serve with roti or rice.
