How to make Mushroom Manchurian
To make mushrooms, first, wash the mushrooms thoroughly in water. After this wipe it. Now cut it into medium size. After this, take all-purpose flour, cornflour in a bowl and mix it well. Then add ginger-garlic paste to it. Now add soya sauce, salt, and 4 tbsp water, and then mix well. Take its thick solution and add mushrooms to this solution and mix it well.

Now heat oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms in it on medium heat. When it becomes light golden, take out the mushroom from the oil and keep it on a paper napkin, so that its extra oil comes out. Now put a thin surface pan on the gas in high flame. After this add light oil and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add ginger, garlic paste, green chilies, and chopped onions and cook it on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes. After this, add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and chili sauce to it.
