Ingredients for Corn Capsicum Masala
Sweet corn - 3/4 cup
Capsicum chopped - 1
Onion finely chopped - 1
Tomato paste - 1 cup
Cashew paste - 1 cup
Cheese grater - 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon - 1-inch piece
Cardamom - 2
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Kasuri fenugreek - 1 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Bay leaf - 1
Butter – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
salt - as per taste

Corn Capsicum Masala Recipe
To make Corn Capsicum Masala, first, put 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and heat it on medium heat. After melting the butter add sweet corn and capsicum and roast it. Cook it while stirring for 2-3 minutes and turn off the gas after the capsicum shrinks. Now take a pan and heat it by adding 1 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp oil. After the butter oil is hot, add bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, and whole cumin seeds and fry them.

After some time, when the spices are roasted, add finely chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry while stirring. When the color of the onion turns golden brown, add turmeric, red chilies, and other spices to it. After adding salt as per taste, stir all the things till the wet smell starts coming from them. After this add tomato paste to the pan and mix and let the gravy cook for 3 to 4 minutes.


When the gravy starts boiling, add cashew paste to it and mix with the help of a ladle. Now cook the gravy till the oil separates. Now add 1 cup of water to it and cook till it thickens. Then add fried sweet corn and capsicum to the gravy and mix. Now cover the pan and cook the vegetable for 10 minutes. Keep stirring the vegetables in between. After 10 minutes add grated paneer, garam masala, and kasoori methi and mix. Tasty corn capsicum masala is ready.
