Custard Apple – 6
Jaggery - 200 grams
Boiled gram – 1 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Almonds and pistachios – 2 tbsp
Water – 4 cups
Cardamom powder – 2 tbsp

1. First of all, wash the custard apple thoroughly and peel it.
2. After this, separate the seeds and pulp of the apple.
3. Now add some water to the boiled gram and soften it.
4. Add jaggery and cardamom powder in a pan and melt both things.
5. After this, mix roasted gram, apple custard pulp, and milk in jaggery.

6. Mix these two things well and cook on low flame.
7. When the halwa is cooked well, add almonds and pistachios to it.
8. Your sugar-free custard apple kheer is ready. Garnish with cashews, almonds, pistachios and serve.
