Material
Leftover rice – 3 cups
Vegetable oil -
salt to taste
Cumin - 1 tbsp
Dry coriander – 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon - 1
Small cardamom - 2
Bay leaves - 2
Ghee - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Cloves - 2
Corn - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1
Black pepper - 5-6
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Water – 2 cups

Method
1. First of all, heat vegetable oil and ghee in a cooker.

2. Then add bay leaves, cinnamon, small cardamom, dry coriander and cook for 5 minutes.

3. Add chopped onion and cook until brown.

4. Now add cloves, black pepper, cumin, red chili powder and mix.

5. Then add corn and cook the entire mixture well.

6. Add some water. Take care that the masala does not stick.

7. Then add the remaining rice and close the cooker by adding water as required.

8. Let the risotto rise on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

9. Turn off the gas when the cooker whistles.

10. Your corn pulao is ready. Serve on a hot plate.
