Ingredients for Chilli Paneer
    Paneer - 500 grams
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – 4 tbsp
Salt (as per taste) – 2 tbsp
Red capsicum - 2
Onion - 250 grams
Ginger powder – 1 tbsp
    Green chilli – 50 grams
    Schezwan Sauce - 2 tbsp
Ginger – 4 tbsp
Garlic paste – 4 tbsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
    Vinegar – 2 tbsp
    Refined oil – 1 cup
    Green chili chutney – 2 tbsp
    Yellow capsicum - 2
    Butter – 2 tbsp

Easy way to make chilli paneer
1. First of all take a chopping board. Then cut cheese, onion, and capsicum into small cubes. Wash the chopped capsicum with water and keep it aside. Now peel the ginger and chop it finely in a small bowl. Then chop green chilies.

2. After this, put the cheese in a small bowl. Add cornflour, salt, ginger powder, vinegar, and chili paste. Marinate for 10-15 minutes. - After this, keep a pan on medium flame and heat oil in it. When the oil is hot, add the paneer pieces and fry them until they turn golden.

3. Now place a pan on medium flame and add some oil in it. Add garlic paste, finely chopped ginger, and finely chopped green chilies and fry. - Add finely chopped capsicum and fry for a minute and then add onion. - After this add Schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, green chili sauce and soya sauce.


4. After this add melted butter in it. - Stir well and cook for two to three minutes. Finally, add fried paneer pieces to this mixture and mix well.

5. If you want to make more gravy, add some more water and let the sauce thicken. - Now garnish with green onions and serve hot.
