Brinjal - 2
Curd - 300 grams
salt to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Green Coriander – 1 cup

Method
1. First of all, wash the brinjal thoroughly and keep it dry.

2. After this apply oil on the brinjal. Fry the brinjal on low flame for about 10 minutes.

3. When the brinjal is fried well, mash it and keep it aside.

4. Put curd in a vessel and beat it well.

5. Take out the seeds of brinjal and mix it in curd.

6. After this, mix brinjal in curd and add black salt, salt, black pepper powder, and red chili powder.

7. Mix all the ingredients and keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

8. After the stipulated time, take out the raita. Your brinjal raita is ready.

9. Garnish with green coriander and serve.
