Cutlets are a crunchy and delicious dish which is liked by everyone. It is also liked a lot as a starter. You must have eaten pulses many times. But cutlets made from it are rarely eaten. You can eat it for breakfast or snack. So let's know the method of making it...


     Oatmeal – 2 cups
     Potato - 5-6
     Dry mango powder - 2 tbsp
     Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
     Rice flour – 2 cups
     Onion – 2 (finely chopped)
     Gram flour – 5 tbsp
     Green chillies – 2-3
     Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
     Dry mango powder - 2 tbsp
     Chaat masala – 2 tbsp
     Bay leaves - 2
     salt to taste
     Oil – 3 tbsp
     Water – 2 cups

1. First of all, put oatmeal in a bowl and clean it. After cleaning, wash the porridge thoroughly.
2. Then add water and soak for 1 hour.
3. After this grate the potatoes. Drain the water from the lentils.
4. Add porridge to potatoes and add onion, curry leaves, and green chilies. Mix all the ingredients well.
5. Then add red chili powder, coriander, chaat masala, garam masala, dry mango powder, gram flour, rice flour, turmeric, and salt.
6. Mash the entire mixture well and knead the dough.

7. After preparing the dough properly, make cutlets and keep them on a plate.
8. Heat oil in a pan. As soon as the oil is hot, drop the cutlets one by one.
9. Fry the cutlets until they turn brown and then take them out in a bowl.
10. Your porridge cutlet is ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
