Things needed to make cheese dosa
If you want to make cheese dosa for breakfast for 2-3 people, then for this you will need 200 grams paneer, 4 cups rice, 2 cups urad dal, 2 finely chopped onions, 2 teaspoons fenugreek seeds, 6 chopped green chilies, 1 cup refined oil, 1 handful green coriander and 1 teaspoon salt (as per taste) are required.

Prepare cheese dosa with this simple recipe
To make cheese dosa, take rice and urad dal. Soak them in water a day before and keep them for a few hours. Soak dal and rice in separate vessels. Then keep 2 spoons of fenugreek in a cup of water to soak. When all the ingredients are well soaked, add fenugreek seeds, rice, and lentils to the mixie. Then grind all three things well to make a paste. Now add salt to this mixture. Keep this paste covered for almost overnight. In the morning you will see that your dosa masala is ready. In this way, the dosa batter will be ready.

After waking up in the morning, take a griddle to make cheese dosa and keep it on medium heat. Pour some oil in it and heat it. When the griddle gets hot, pour the batter prepared for the dosa on it. Then spread it in a circular shape. You can take a spoon or any other utensil to make the batter round on the griddle. Now sprinkle some oil on its edges and let it roast for some time.

When it is well roasted, then roll it and remove it from the griddle and keep it on a plate. In this way, your delicious and nutritious dosa will be ready. You can prepare coconut chutney, tomato chutney, and sambar to eat dosa. If you are not able to make sambar, then both can enjoy dosa with chutney.
