Ingredients to make Oats Curd Masala
Oats - 1 cup
Cucumber - 1
Carrot - 1
Curd - half cup
Tomato - 1
onion - one
Black pepper powder - half tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 3 to 4
Whole cumin seeds - half a teaspoon
Mustard seeds - half a teaspoon
Whole red chili - one
salt - to taste
Oil - 1/2 tsp
Oats Dahi Masala Recipe
First, boil the oats in a vessel. When it becomes soft, turn off the gas. Now finely chop all the vegetables like onion, tomato, carrot, and cucumber. You can take any vegetable of your choice. You can also use capsicum, green peas, corn, etc. Put these vegetables in water and boil them lightly or you can also fry them. Take out the boiled oats in a bowl. Add all the chopped vegetables to it and mix. Now add curd as well.
Add red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt and mix. Place a pan on the gas and heat it by adding some oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry red chilies, and cumin seeds and fry them. Now put it in a bowl containing oats, temper it, and mix it well. Oats Dahi Masala is ready. You can eat it for breakfast by mixing ghee or butter in it.
