Dibba Roti Breakfast Recipe: You must have eaten many types of rotis. But have you ever eaten dibba roti made like spicy idli? Flavorful Dibba Roti is a traditional dish of Andhra Pradesh. In some places, it is also known as Minapa Roti. It is full of taste as well as nutritious. Its taste is also liked a lot. In Andhra Pradesh, dibba roti is often made as breakfast in homes. Necessary ingredients
Idli Rice 1 cup, Unpeeled Urad Dal 1 cup, Cumin 1/2 tsp, Ginger piece 1 inch, 4-5 green chilies, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, ¼ tsp baking soda, 4-5 curry leaves, 1 Finely chopped onions, salt and oil as per taste

Recipe
To make Dibba Roti, wash rice and urad dal and soak them in water for 4-5 hours. After this, mix them together and make a thick solution by adding salt. Now add ¼ tsp baking soda to it and let it ferment for 6 hours. Now add chopped onions, green chilies, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Mix it well. After this, heat oil in a pan and pour 2-3 ladlefuls of batter into it and cover and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Although the use of a shallow frying pan would be better. When golden color appears around the edges, flip it gently and cook for 5 minutes. It can be served with chutney or sambar.
