Paneer Roastie for Breakfast: Everyone wants to eat something different and tasty for breakfast. However, due to lack of time, people leave home after having the same breakfast every day. Some people even skip breakfast. Skipping morning meals is harmful to health. Breakfast is very important to remain energetic throughout the day. In such a situation, if you are bored of eating daily bread omelets, milk cornflakes, Maggi, Chilla, Poha, etc., then here is a very easy breakfast recipe.

To make Paneer Rosti you will need
Curd - 1 cup
Semolina - one and a half cup
Paneer - 150 grams
Ginger - a small piece
Onion - 1 small chopped
Capsicum - 1 small chopped
Carrot - 1 finely chopped
Green chili - 2 finely chopped
Garlic - 2-3 cloves chopped
Beans - ½ cup chopped
Chili flakes - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - half tsp
Black pepper powder - half tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin - half teaspoon
Turmeric powder - half teaspoon
Curry leaves - 6-7
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
water as needed
salt to taste

Paneer Rosti Recipe
Put semolina and curd in a bowl. Add one cup of water to it and mix it well. Put the pan on the gas and put one spoon of oil in it, add mustard seeds, cumin, and curry leaves, and fry for a few seconds. Now add green chilies, garlic, ginger, and onion and fry them for a few seconds. When they turn golden brown, add chopped capsicum, beans, and carrots to it and fry for a while. When it gets roasted well, add chili flakes, salt, coriander powder, black pepper powder and fry it for one to two minutes. Now grate the cheese and put it in it. Mix it well with spices and cook for one to two minutes. Add salt also. Now turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down. Add the cottage cheese mixture to the batter made of semolina and curd and mix well. If it has become too thick, add some water.
