Ingredients for Bhature
Flour – 4 cups
Semolina – 1/2 cup

Sugar – 1 tbsp
Baking Soda – 3/4 tsp
oil as per requirement
salt to taste

Ingredients for Chickpeas
Gram – 1/2 cup (soaked)
Tomato - 5-6
Ginger paste – 2 tbsp
Cumin - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Pomegranate powder – 1 tablespoon
Green chilli – 2-3 chilli
Green Coriander - 1 cup
Tea bags – 2-3
oil as per requirement
salt to taste

Recipe
1. First of all, sift flour and semolina in a bowl and mix them.
2. Then add oil, baking soda, curd, sugar and salt.
3. Mix everything well and add lukewarm water.
4. Knead soft dough and keep it in a warm place for 2 hours.
5. After this, put the gram in the cooker, add water, salt, baking soda, and tea bag, and cook for 2-3 whistles.
6. Now prepare a paste by grinding tomato, ginger, and green chili in a mixer.
7. Now heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
8. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds and fry. Now add coriander powder and tomato, green chili, and ginger paste.
9. Fry all the ingredients well. When the oil starts releasing masala, add a glass of water to it.
10. Then add salt as per taste and mix.
11. Now as soon as the gravy starts boiling, open the cooker remove the tea bag and add the gravy.
12. After this cook it well. When the gram starts boiling, let it swell after 2-3 minutes.

13. After the stipulated time, turn off the gas and garnish it with garam masala and green coriander.
14. Now add oil to a pan. Meanwhile, make balls from the prepared dough.
15. Roll the balls well put them in hot oil and take out the Bhaturi.
16. Fry the Bhature until it turns brown.
17. When it turns brown, serve it with chole and enjoy delicious chole bhature.
