Bread Vada Recipe: In many homes, the day starts with a sandwich made of bread, but if you want to make a slight change in breakfast, then you can try bread vada instead of a sandwich. This will not only bring a change in the breakfast but will also be able to feel the difference in taste. Let's know the easy way to make Bread Vada.

Ingredients to make Bread Vada
Bread slices – 4-5
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Semolina - 3 tbsp
Potato boiled - 1
Curd - 1 cup
Onion finely chopped – 1 tbsp
Green chili chopped - 2
Ginger paste - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves – 8-10
Green coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Black peppercorns - 1/4 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Oil - for frying
salt - as per taste

Bread Vada Recipe
To make Bread Vada, first cut the bread slices into small pieces and put them in a mixer, and grind them coarsely. Now put bread crumbs in a vessel and add rice flour and 3 tbsp semolina to it and mix it well. After this, peel the boiled potatoes and mash them well. Add mashed potatoes to the bread crumbs and mix well. After this add curd, finely chopped onions and green chillies to the utensil and mix.

After mixing properly, add ginger paste, green coriander leaves, and chopped curry leaves to the mixture and mix well. Then add cumin, chili, and salt as per taste. Prepare a soft mixture by adding little water if needed. Now apply some oil on your hands and make vadas by taking a little of the prepared mixture. Make the vadas on a plate and keep them separately.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, put the vadas in it and deep fry them. Fry the bread vadas while turning them till their color turns golden and the vadas become crisp. After this, take out the bread vadas on a plate. Similarly, fry all the bread vadas. Tasty bread vada is ready for breakfast. Serve them with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
