Paneer Sandwich is very easy to make and it is very tasty. Let's know, the method of making.

Ingredients
12 slices brown bread, 1/2 cup grated cucumber, 1/2 cup onion, 1/2 cup cabbage, 1 finely chopped capsicum (green chili), 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 2 cup paneer, 2 tsp Black pepper, 4 tbsp butter, 1 tomato finely chopped, salt as needed

Method :
Peel and chop the onion in a bowl.

Now grate the cheese in a vessel, then grate the cabbage.

Mix capsicum, coriander leaves, and other ingredients together and add grated paneer to it.

Apply butter on one bread slice, put the stuffing and cover it with another slice.

Grill the sandwich for about 2 minutes, delicious paneer sandwich is ready.
