This will take you to the 'Account Summary' page. Here you will find an option called 'Nominee'.

If you have added a nominee, it will appear here. You can change it if you want. You just have to click on the 'Change' option. In the next window, you will get the option to add.

To change the nominee, click on the 'Modify' option and fill in the required details.

You have to mention the nominee's name, date of birth, relationship, address, city, state, country, and pin code.
