Do plank pose or Kumbhakasana to reduce arm fat
To get rid of hanging arms, Kumbhakasana or plank pose is the best.
For this, first lie down on your stomach on the yoga mat.
Keep your body straight.
Come into plank posture by putting pressure on the palms and toes.
Keep the body straight.
You have to lift the body in the air by putting pressure on the toes and palms.
Keep the body in a straight line.
Hold this position for as long as possible.
After this, come back to normal position and then practice it again.
There is pressure on the hand while doing this asana and due to this the arm fat is reduced.
You can also do side plank.
If you do plank pose continuously, then arm fat and belly fat can be reduced easily.
Dhanurasana or Bow Pose to reduce sagging arms
To do this, first lie down on your stomach on the yoga mat.
Now you have to bring both the legs near the hips.
Pull the breath inwards.
Now hold the ankles of the feet with the hands.
Try to keep the neck straight.
In this asana, you have to keep the body in the position of a bow.
Take a deep breath and try to hold this position.
Hold this position for as long as possible.
After this, come to the normal position.
Initially, stay in this position for a few seconds only.
As you get used to it, you can increase the time.
By doing this, pressure is put on the muscles of the hand and arm fat is reduced.
This yogasana is also effective in reducing belly fat.
