How to make Amritsari Paneer Tikka
To make Amritsari Paneer Tikka, first, cut two-inch square pieces of paneer. After this, put gram flour in a pan and roast it till it becomes light brown. Now take a mixing bowl and put roasted gram flour in it. Now add celery, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, 2 teaspoons oil, and salt as per taste to the gram flour and mix it well. After this, add three to four tablespoons of water to the mixture and mash it.


When the thick mixture is ready, put paneer pieces in it, wrap the prepared paste in it and leave it for 10 minutes to marinate. Meanwhile, put oil in a pan and heat it.
