Potato Paratha Recipe
If you want to make Tasty Aloo Paratha for lunch or dinner, first boil the potatoes in the cooker. After this, peel them off and cut them into pieces at once. Now cut green coriander, onion, and green chili into fine pieces. Now mash the potatoes well in a bowl so that no lumps remain in them. After this add green chilies, chopped onions, green coriander, red chili powder, coriander seeds, and all other spices to the mashed potatoes and mix well.

Now put flour in a vessel and add a pinch of salt to it. After this add water little by little to the flour and knead it soft. After this cover the dough and keep it aside for some time. After 10 minutes, take the dough and knead it once more to make balls. Now put a nonstick pan/tawa on medium heat for heating. When the tawa becomes hot, pour a spoonful of oil on it and spread it all around.

Meanwhile, take a ball and roll it into a little round. After this, take the potato stuffing and place it in the middle of the belly roti and lift it from all sides and close the mouth upwards. Break off the extra dough and make a round ball again and roll out the potato paratha by pressing it with your hand. After this, put the potato paratha on a hot griddle for roasting. After roasting for some time, flip the potato paratha and roast it on the other side by applying oil.
