>> Bathing meditation should be done in Brahma Muhurta on the full moon date of Adhik month. Donate to poor and helpless people along with bathing in holy rivers. >> Satvik food should be consumed on the full moon day. Avoid consuming food containing garlic and onion on this day. Also, distance should be kept from non-vegetarian food and intoxicants.
