Ingredients
1-1 cup mushroom (cut into slices)

Paneer (cut into cubes)

red-yellow-green capsicum

2 tsp olive oil

2 tsp garlic cloves (crushed)

1 tsp soya sauce

salt and pepper powder as per taste

2 tbsp chopped spring onions for garnishing

Method
Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and capsicum, and fry.

Mix all the remaining ingredients and fry on high flame for 2 minutes. Serve garnished with green onions.
