Ingredients for Vegetable Cheese Cheela
-Besan - 1 bowl
-Onion chopped - 1/2 cup
-Tomato chopped - 1/2 cup
-Capsicum chopped - 1/2 cup
-Carrot grated - 1/2 cup (optional)
-Peas - 1/2 cup (optional)
-Cheese - 1 cube
-Red chili powder - 1 tsp
-Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
-Ajwain - 1/4 tsp
-Oil - as required
-Salt - as per taste
How to make Vegetable Cheese Cheela
To make Vegetable Cheese Cheela, first cut finely pieces of onion, tomato, and capsicum. After this, after grating the carrot, grind the peas coarsely. Now take a mixing bowl and put a bowl of gram flour in it. After this, add red chili powder, carom seeds, black pepper powder, and salt to taste and mix it well.
After this, add finely chopped onion, capsicum, and tomato to this mixture and prepare a solution of gram flour and vegetables by adding little water. Keep in mind that the batter has to be prepared similarly to that of gram flour. There should be no lumps in the solution.
Now take a nonstick pan/tawa and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the tawa becomes hot, pour some oil on it and spread it all around. Now take the gram flour (cheela) batter in a bowl and spread it in a circular motion in the center of the pan. Then flip it and roast it till the color of the cheese turns golden brown from both sides.
When the cheela is cooked well, grate the cheese on top and roast it till the cheese melts. After this, fold the chilla and take it out on a plate. Similarly, prepare vegetable cheese cheela from all the batter. Serve delicious and healthy vegetable cheese chiles with chutney, and sauce ready for breakfast.
