Ingredients

-1 cup flour
-salt to taste
-water as required
for stuffing
-4 tsp oil
-5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
-1-inch piece of ginger (finely chopped)
-3 green chilies (finely chopped)
-2 green onions (chopped)
-1 carrot (grated)
-half cup cabbage
-Salt and pepper powder as per taste.
Other material
-Oil for frying.
Method
Knead a soft dough by adding all-purpose flour, salt, and water as required.
Keep covered for 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, and green chili, and fry it.
Add green onions, carrots, black pepper powder, salt, and cabbage and fry on high flame.
Take it off the flame and let it cool down.
Knead the dough once again.
Take small balls and roll them in dry flour.
Place 1 tbsp stuffing in the center and seal the edges and give the shape of momos.
Cook these momos in steam for 10-12 minutes.
Take it off the flame and let it cool down.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these momos till they turn golden.
Serve with chutney.
