Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple: Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple is situated near Akbar Fort on the edge of the city. It is said that every year Ganga Maiya gives the first bath to Hanuman ji. This temple is managed by the Baghambari Math. The special thing is that there is a crowd of thousands every day. Whereas, on Saturday and Tuesday this figure becomes 4 to 5 times.

Shri Veni Madhav Temple: Shri Veni Madhav God is considered to be the first deity of Prayagraj. It is believed that when Brahma ji was performing Yagya on the land of Prayagraj, he prayed to Lord Vishnu for the protection of Prayagraj and got his twelve forms established. The temple of Shri Veni Madhav ji, famous among the twelve Madhav temples of Prayagraj, is situated on the Nirala Marg of Daraganj. In the temple, the dark-colored Madhav statue made of Shaligram stone is installed in the sanctum sanctorum.

Mankameshwar Temple: This temple is situated near Minto Park on the bank of Yamuna west of the fort. There are black stone idols of Lord Shiva and Ganesha and Nandi. There is also a big idol of Hanuman ji here and there is an ancient Peepal tree near the temple. It is believed that every wish made in this temple is fulfilled.

Bhardwaj Ashram: A giant statue of Muni Bhardwaj is installed at the Balsan intersection. It was a famous educational center during the time of Muni Bhardwaj. It is said that Lord Rama visited this place along with Sita and Lakshmana on their way to Chitrakoot during their exile. Presently there are temples of Bhardwajeshwar Mahadev Muni Bhardwaj, Tirtharaj Prayag, Goddess Kali, etc. Nearby are Sundar Bhardwaj Park and Anand Bhawan.
