Ingredients for Sooji Corn Tikki
Semolina - 1 cup
Sweet corn - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1
Ginger grated - 1/2 tsp
Chili Flakes - 1/2 tsp
Green chili - 2
Roasted cumin - 1/2 tsp
Bread powder - 1 cup
Oil - for frying
Salt - as per taste

How to make Sooji Corn Tikki
To make Sooji Corn Tikki, first cut finely pieces of onion, capsicum, and green chilies. Now take sweet corn and put them in a mixer jar and grind them coarsely. After this, put a cup of water in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the water becomes hot, add semolina, coarsely ground corn, finely chopped onion, and capsicum and mix it.

After this, mix 3 tsp oil, chili flakes, and salt as per taste. After this, increase the flame of the gas and mix it well so that no lumps remain. When the ingredients start sticking to the pan, switch off the gas. Now keep this mixture aside for some time so that it can cool well. After this, knead the mixture with both hands like a dough.

Now the mixture for the tikkis is ready. After this, apply a little oil to your hands, take the mixture in your hands and give it the shape of a Tikki, put it in the bread crumbs and wrap the sawdust around it and keep the tikkis aside on a plate. Similarly, prepare tikkis of all the mixture one by one.

Now put oil in a pan and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add semolina corn Tikki according to the capacity of the pan and deep fry it. Fry the tikkis by turning them over for 1-2 minutes so that their color becomes golden brown and the Tikki becomes crispy. After that take them out on a plate. Similarly, fry all the sooji corn tikkis. Now serve the ready sooji corn Tikki with tomato sauce.
