Sugar - one and a half cup
Ghee - 1 cup
Almonds – 10-12
Cashew - 10-12
Pistachios – 10-12
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

How to make Pineapple Pudding
To make pineapple pudding, first cut the thick peel of pineapple and cut it into big pieces. After this, grind these pieces with the help of a mixer and prepare their paste. Take out this paste in a vessel and keep it aside. Now put half a cup of ghee in a pan and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the ghee melts, add semolina and fry it while stirring till it becomes light brown.

After 3-4 minutes, when the semolina is roasted well and a pleasant aroma starts coming from it, as well as the ghee, starts separating, then turn off the gas and keep the semolina in a bowl. Now take another pan, add pineapple paste and sugar and keep it to heat. With the help of a spoon, let the sugar cook while mixing it well with the pineapple.

After some time, add 2 cups of water (or as required) and roasted semolina to the pan and mix them all well. Cook the halwa on low flame for 4-5 minutes. In this time semolina will swell. Now once again turn the flame on medium and keep stirring the halwa. After this, add chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder to the pudding, mix well and cook till it becomes thick.
