South Indian Dessert: Today let's try something new in food i.e. Delicious, Tasty, and Crispy Unniyappam…

Ingredients
-1 cup rice (soaked)
-2 bananas (chopped)
-half tsp cardamom powder
-3/4 cup jaggery (grated)
-2-2 tbsp grated coconut and water
-1/4 tsp baking powder
-pinch of salt
-Ghee (for baking)

Method
Drain the rice water.

Grind rice, banana, and cardamom powder in a mixer.

Take jaggery and 2 tbsp water in a pan and melt the jaggery till it comes to a boil.

When it cools down a bit, filter the jaggery syrup and mix it with the rice paste.

Add grated coconut, baking powder, and salt to it and beat it well.

Grease the appam mold with ghee.

Add the batter and bake it on low flame till it turns golden brown on both sides.
