Ingredients: For Kadhi:
-2 onion paste
-2 tomato paste
-1 tsp ginger-garlic paste,
-2 green chilies (chopped)
-2 tsp coriander powder
-1 tsp cumin
-2 cloves
-2 tbsp oil
-Few Green Coriander (chopped) For Dharan (Besan Tikki):
-2 cups besan
-1 onion (chopped)
-3 tbsp curd
-2 tbsp oil
-1 tbsp poppy seeds
-salt to taste
-1 tsp red chili powder
-water as required
-oil for frying
Method
For Dharan (Besan Tikki):
Knead soft by mixing all the ingredients (except oil for frying).
Take a medium-sized ball and give it the shape of the cutlet.
Heat oil in a pan and fry these cutlets on low flame till they become golden brown.
For Kadhi:
Heat oil in a pan and sprinkle cumin and cloves. Add onion paste and ginger-garlic paste and fry on low flame till golden brown.
Add tomato puree, coriander powder, and green chilies and fry.
Add 2 cups of water and the fried tikkis and cook on low flame till the tikkis become soft.
Take it off the flame.
Garnish with green coriander and serve with paratha.
