Ingredients for making Samosa Roll
All purpose flour - 3 cups
Potatoes boiled - 5-6
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Ajwain - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
Green chilies chopped - 2-3
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
Green coriander chopped - 2 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Oil
Salt - as per taste

How to make Samosa Roll
-To make samosa rolls, first put all purpose flour in a vessel. Now add carom seeds, salt and 2-3 tsp oil and mix it. Now add water little by little and knead a soft dough. After this, cover the dough with a cloth and keep it aside for an hour. Now boil the potatoes in the cooker. After this, take off their peels and mash them in a vessel. Now put oil in a pan and keep it to heat on medium flame.

-When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds and a pinch of asafoetida and fry it. After a few seconds, add a mixture of finely chopped green chilies and potatoes and mix them well with the help of a ladle. After this, add garam masala and cornflour and mix it well. After that add salt as per taste and fry the mixture. Add green coriander to it as well. In this way your stuffing for samosa roll is ready.
-Now take the kneaded dough and knead it once again by applying some oil on it. Now make balls of equal proportion of it. Now take a ball and roll it giving it a cylindrical shape. After this, cut it and roll it by placing potato masala in one part. After this, apply water on the last part and stick the roll. Similarly prepare rolls from all the stuffing and keep them aside in a big plate.
-Now put oil in a pan and heat it on high flame. When the oil becomes hot, add samosa rolls and deep fry them. During this, turn the flame of the gas on medium. When the color of the rolls becomes golden and they become crispy, take them out by placing tissue paper in a plate. Similarly fry all the samosa rolls.
