4 raw bananas
2 tomatoes
1 finely chopped onion
2-3 green chilies
tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
half tsp red chili powder
half tsp ginger
1 tsp kasoori methi
2 tbsp gram flour
Oil
green coriander
Cumin
garam masala powder
salt

How to make Raw Banana Kofta
To make Banana Kofta Curry, first, wash the raw bananas thoroughly and cut them into thick pieces. Now put 1 cup of water in a pan or cooker and heat it and put these pieces in it. Now let there be a whistle. Now remove the lid of the pan or cooker and take out the pieces of banana. Now peel these pieces and mash them.

After this, add gram flour, red chili powder, salt, chopped green chili, ginger paste, coriander, and hot spices and mix it well. Apply some oil to the palm and make balls by taking the mixture of koftas. Keep these koftas on a plate. Now heat the oil in a pan. Fry koftas in oil. When it turns golden brown, take it out on a plate.

Now take a pan and add oil to it and add asafetida-cumin seeds tempering. Now grind tomatoes and put them in them. After the tomatoes are cooked, add turmeric-red chili powder and add some curd. After that add koftas to it. Sprinkle garam masala on top and add green coriander leaves. Serve it and eat it with rotis.
