To make mawa paste

1/4 cup milk

1 tsp butter


2 tbsp fresh cream/malai

half a cup milk powder

For rabdi

-1 cup milk

-Half a cup fresh cream

-1/2 cup sugar

-1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Other material
4 slices of bread (cut the edge and roll it thin with a rolling pin)

5-5 cashews and almonds (chopped)

A pinch of saffron (dissolved in 2 tbsp milk)

4 cherries (chopped)

For mawa paste

Put milk, butter, and cream in a pan and heat it while stirring continuously.

Keep stirring continuously while adding milk powder gradually, so that lumps do not form.

When the mixture becomes creamy, take it off the flame.

For rabdi
Put milk and cream in a pan and boil till the milk thickens.

Add sugar and cardamom powder and cook while stirring continuously till one-fourth of the milk remains.

Take it off the flame.

For serving
-Put bread slices in the dish and spread one tablespoon of mawa paste on the bread.

-Chopped cashews and almonds.


-Put rabri on top.

-Sprinkle saffron milk.

-Garnish with a cherry and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

-Serve chilled.
