How to check pension status on EPFO Portal: When an Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) subscriber retires, he/she is allotted a Pension Payment Order (PPO), which will be sent to every pensioner covered by the Employees' Pension Scheme (EPS). Given is a 12-digit number.
Pensioners can check their pension status on the EPFO portal. The 12-digit PPO number is a unique number for each pensioner/family pensioner and acts as a reference number for any communication. If you do not know about your PPO number, then follow the steps given below.
How to know your PPO number
-Log on to www.epfindia.gov.in
-Under Online Services, click on Pensioner Portal
-You will be redirected to 'Pensioners Welcome Portal'.
-Click on 'Know your PPO number' which is mentioned on the right side of the page
-Enter your bank account number or PF number.
-Once the required data is entered, you will be given your PPO number, member ID, and pension type.
How to check pension status
-Log on to www.epfindia.gov.in
-Under Online Services, click on Pensioner Portal
-You will be redirected to 'Pensioners Welcome Portal'. ,
-Click on 'Know Your Pension Status' which is mentioned on the right side of the page
-Select Office, Office ID, PPO Number, and enter your
