Ingredients to make Papad Paneer Roll
Raw papad – 6-7
Paneer pieces cut lengthwise – 6-7
Green chili-ginger paste – 1 tsp
Chili flakes - 1 tsp
Onion finely chopped – 1 tbsp
Coriander Chutney – 2 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Oil - for frying
salt - as per taste

Papad Paneer Roll Recipe
Papad paneer roll is a tasty snack and to make it, first take paneer and cut it into long pieces. After this, prepare a paste by grinding ginger and green chilies and cutting the onion into fine pieces. Now put some oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add ginger-green chili paste and fry it. After this add finely chopped onion and fry till it turns light pink.

When the onion changes color, add 1 teaspoon of chili flakes and salt as per taste and mix. After roasting the mixture for 2 minutes, turn off the gas. Now take a bowl and put paneer pieces in it and mix chaat masala on top and marinate it. Add a pinch of salt and a few chili flakes to it and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Now take another bowl and mix the roasted onion spices and coriander chutney in it. Add marinated paneer to it and mix everything well. Keep this mixture aside once again for 10 minutes. Now take the raw papad and wet it from both sides with water. After this, make a papad roll by adding paneer pieces and onion spices. Similarly, prepare all the rolls one by one.


Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, put papad paneer roll in it and deep fry it. Fry the papad paneer roll till golden and then take it out on a plate. Similarly deep fry all the papad paneer rolls. Tasty papad paneer rolls for snacks are ready. It can be served with chutney.
