Ingredients for Cheese Salad
-Paneer - 200 grams
-Tomato - 1
-Mushroom - 1/2 cup
-Cabbage - 1 cup
-Cucumber - 1
-Broccoli - 1 cup
-Capsicum - 1/2
-Butter - 2 tsp
-Carrot - 1
-Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
-Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
-Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
-Lemon juice - 1 tsp
-Green coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
-Salt - as per taste


How to make Paneer Salad

  • To make paneer salad, first of all, take paneer and cut it into small square pieces. After this, cut finely pieces of carrot, cucumber, cabbage, mushroom, capsicum and tomato also. Now take a wok and put 1 tsp butter in it and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the butter melts, add the pieces of cheese and fry it. Also mix red chili powder, black salt and plain salt in it. Cook the paneer till it turns golden brown and keep it in a bowl.
  • After this take a big mixing bowl and add fried paneer, carrot, mushroom, capsicum, broccoli and mix it well. Then add tomatoes, cabbage, coriander leaves and mix.
