What is needed to make Oats Paneer Cheela?
2 cups oats
1 finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped green chilies
cup grated cheese
ghee or oil

How to make Oats Paneer Cheela
To make Oats Paneer Cheela, first, take oats and put them in the mixer. After this put onion, green chili, and salt in the mixer. After that make a paste by adding water. Do not make the paste too thin. Now keep this mixture aside.

Now take a griddle and pour ghee or oil on it. When the ghee is hot, spread the oats mixture on the pan and shape it into cheela. Bake well from one side. Cook a little less from the other side and grate the paneer on it. Add finely chopped green chilies on top of it.

If you want, you can also add chaat masala to it. You can eat it like this and can also serve chutney or ketchup with it.
