Ingredients
-2 apples (grated)
-1-inch piece of ginger (finely chopped)
-1/4-1/4 cup pickle masala (readymade) and raisins
-1 tsp oil
-4-5 cloves of garlic (crushed)
-half cup sugar
-1 tsp Vinegar
-salt to taste
Method
Heat oil in a pan and put ginger and garlic on low flame.
Fry for a minute.
Add raisins and fry for 1 minute.
Add grated apple and cook till the sugar melts.
When it thickens, mix vinegar, pickle masala, and salt.
Cook for a minute.
Turn off the flame.
When it cools down, keep it in a jar.
