Mutton Seekh Kebabs Recipe:

  • Take special care that the mutton mince is fresh. Whenever you bring mutton mince, divide it into two parts. Let the first part remain a little thick while grinding the second part in a mixer. Mix both the prices. Chop the cleaned mint leaves and mix them in the mince. Now add ginger-garlic paste, grated cheese, grated egg, ghee, finely chopped cashew-almonds, chili, fennel, coriander, crushed black pepper, grated cardamom, and salt, and mix well. Cheese, ghee, and eggs are used in it so that the mince can bind well. Take out this mixture in a big vessel by rotating it three to four times in the mixer for 10-15 seconds. Now heat the charcoal on the gas and keep it in a bowl and place it in a minced vessel and cover the pot by pouring ghee on top for 5-7 minutes.
  • Now take out the charcoal bowl and keep it outside and store the mince mixture in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours. So that it sits easily on the stick. After 3 hours, the mince mixture is set well, then take it out and set it on a stick with the help of water. If you want, you can bake it in the oven, microwave, or even on the griddle. Apply the mince mixture on the stick in such a way that it does not remain thick or thin from anywhere. Serve it with green chutney and onions. If you want, you can also prepare its gravy.
