Mooli Paratha Recipe
If you want to make radish paratha for breakfast, first break the leaves of the radish and wash and clean the radish and grate it. After this, cut green coriander leaves, and green chili into fine pieces. Now sieve the wheat flour in a vessel and add a little desi ghee and a pinch of salt to it and mix it well. Now add water little by little and knead the dough. Keep in mind that the dough for paratha has to be kneaded.

Now cover the dough with a wet cotton cloth for 10 minutes and keep it aside. Meanwhile, take the grated radish and squeeze it well and take out the water. Now put radish in a vessel and add red chili powder, asafoetida, green chili, green coriander, roasted cumin powder, and ginger to it and mix. Finally, mix half a pinch of salt. Now the stuffing for paratha is ready.

Heat a nonstick pan/griddle on medium heat. Meanwhile, make dough balls in equal proportion to the flour. Take one ball and roll it a little around. Close it by keeping radish stuffing in the middle and then roll the paratha. Now put a little ghee on the griddle and spread it all around and put the rolled paratha on the griddle and roast it. Roast the paratha till it becomes golden and crispy from both sides, then take it out on a plate. Similarly, make parathas from all the balls. Serve healthy radish parathas with chutney or sauce ready for breakfast.
