If you get hot and tasty snacks with garam-garam masala chai in the rain, then the mind becomes happy. If you also want to enjoy this while sitting at home, then try this Crispy Poha Vada. As tasty as they are to eat, they are equally easy to make.

Ingredients
-1 cup thick poha (soaked)
-1/4 cup thick curd
-salt to taste
-1 onion
-3 green chilies, some green coriander (all three chopped)
-half tsp ginger paste
-few curry leaves
-2 tbsp rice flour
-oil for frying

Method:
Mix the curd, salt, and soaked poha in a bowl and keep it covered for 10 minutes.

When the poha becomes soft, add onion, green chili, green coriander, and curry leaves and knead it.

Knead again after adding rice flour.

Take a little mixture and make a medium-sized vada.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the vadas on low flame till they become golden.

Serve with green chutney.
