Ingredients: For the dough
90 grams wheat flour, 2 pinches of salt, 100 ml. Water

For filling
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage, 1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions, 2-3 garlic, 2 green chilies, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 cup hand mashed paneer, 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts, salt and pepper powder to taste, 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander

To juggle
1 tsp oil, 1 onion, 2-3 garlic, 1 tomato, 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 green chili, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, coriander for garnishing, chili sauce, green onion

Method:
Take the ingredients to make a dough and knead the dough. Cover it and keep it aside for 30 minutes. Now mix the filling ingredients in a bowl. Now roll out small balls and close the momos by filling the filling in the middle.

Steam the momos in a steamer for 15 minutes. When momos are ready, keep them aside. To make the jhol, add oil to the saucepan. Fry onion and garlic in it.

Now add tomatoes, chilies, and remaining spices and stir. Add water, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Now add momos to it.

After adding momos, cook for 5 more minutes. Garnish and serve immediately.

Before serving it, add chopped green onion and fresh red chili top of it.
