Peas 250 grams
onions 3 to 4
Tomatoes 3 to 4
garlic ginger paste one teaspoon
Green Coriander 100 grams
boiled potato in two pieces
two green chillies
Desi ghee two tbsp
red chilli half teaspoon
garam masala half teaspoon
asafoetida half teaspoon
rock salt one teaspoon
coriander powder one teaspoon
cumin powder one teaspoon
How to make Matar Nimona
Peel the peas, wash them thoroughly and grind them in the mixer.
Grind it coarsely and prepare a paste and keep it in a separate bowl.
Now grind coriander, green chilli and ginger garlic in a mixer and prepare a paste.
Cut the boiled potatoes into small pieces, as well as finely chop the tomatoes and onions and keep them separately.
Now heat ghee in a pan, add half a teaspoon of cumin seeds and fry the potatoes and keep it aside.
Now put ghee again in the pan and add garlic ginger paste and fry it.
After this add tomatoes and onions and fry them well.
Also add cumin powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder to it and mix it well.
Add the coriander chilli paste and cook for 2 minutes.
After this, add green peas paste to it, add some water and cook on medium flame.
Add rock salt, red chilli and garam masala powder to it and let it cook on a medium flame for 20 to 25 minutes.
In the meantime, add fried potatoes to it and let it cook, as long as it cooks, it will become such a delicious Nimona.
Now make a gas film, green peas nimona is ready to serve.
